Unit 1 Wiki Review Assignment

Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia that is created, moderated and edited by the public.  We will be making our own Wiki to cover all of the review topics in Chapters 1 to 4.  For the topic that you choose, you will be making a Wiki entry that we can evetually put onto a Wiki site, but you will need to plan out what goes on there first.

1. Choose a topic from the first 4 chapters.  The possible topics are listed at the bottom of the page.
2. Make up all of the text and diagrams that you will need for this assignment.  This can be a rough draft on paper, but it should be legible enough for someone else to help you read and edit.
3. Things that you may want to include in your Wiki entry:
   • text descriptions in full sentences
   • diagrams or pictures (these can be hand drawn, computer generated, collected from the Internet or photographs of real things)
   • examples 
4. You will get extra marks if you pick an entry that nobody else has selected.  How can you easily find out what everyone else is working on?
