Chapter 1 Unit Project

To tie together some of the ideas from the first 3 chapters, you will be doing a short research assignment looking at the history of music storage and music distribution.

Your presentation can take any format, but must include the following:

• A brief history of how music has been stored and distributed
• A comparison of music storage devices
• Predictions about the future of music storage
• Connection to the first 3 chapters (chapter 1 and 2 are easier than chapter 3)

You do not have to include all of the calculations from the 3 chapter reviews that are part of the project, but you should incorporate the answers or some of the information you have gathered from them into your presentation.  A component of your mark will include relevance and connection to the first 3 chapters.

• You need to visit the MathTalk Forum and state who your partner is and how you will be presenting your project.

Your assigment is due December 1st. If you need an extension, you MUST speak to me by November 24th.
