There are different ways to think of how to multiply a fraction and a whole number:

1. Use a diagram and model how the fractions fit together
2. Convert the multiplication to repeated addition

• Copy down the notes and think about what each video is showing you.  We will be discussing these two examples before finishing the notes in class next day.
